Seth Meyers, PsyD is a Los Angeles-based psychologist with over 20 years of experience. He has written for Psychology Today for 14 years and been featured in The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, USA Today, and others; and on television on Good Morning America, 20/20, Entertainment Tonight, Nancy Grace, and others. His work focuses on improving relationships, attitude and mindset.
Dr. Seth received his B.A. at Vassar College and his Psy.D. at the APA-accredited doctoral program in Clinical Psychology at Yeshiva University in New York City. He completed his predoctoral internship at Maimonides Medical Center in New York and his Postdoctoral Fellowship at The Weingart Center in Los Angeles. In the past 20 years, Dr.
